Old employees who have worked for a large number of years may see you as a potential competitor and, taking advantage of their status in the team, can easily get you to write a statement of your own free will as soon as possible. Bullying can last long enough, resulting in loss of efficiency, irritability, every working day is like torture, insomnia, loss of appetite, or, on the contrary, gluttony. Now is the time to apply. And, if you like the work, and the boss values ​​you, then you should figure it out. Perhaps you yourself have caused a sharp indignation of others with your actions, analyze your recent performances, perhaps you are going too far. Or find an instigator in the team, so you destroy the team.

Well, if you don’t want to fight with the new team, you like the work, and communication with colleagues is absolutely not interesting, then just spend time with old trusted friends who respect you and appreciate you. Over time, you will go on promotion and your "colleagues" will have no choice but to obey you.
