We make plans for life!
Plans, planning, time management… How many times have you heard these phrases? And how many times have they caused a headache? We all know that planning is indispensable. But what if there is no way to live according to a clearly drawn up schedule or is simply not interesting?
Plans, planning, time management… How many times have you heard these phrases? And how many times have they caused a headache? We all know that planning is indispensable. But what if there is no way to live according to a clearly drawn up schedule or is simply not interesting?
I will answer this question for you - make plans for life, not for a day!
Set yourself a goal - in a month to get a promotion, in six months to buy a car, and in another year to become a home owner! The main thing is to correctly calculate your strengths. Because we want everything at once, but it is quite difficult to realize it instantly.
Goal visualization
Before you start planning, imagine a field with milestones placed on it. Now come up with the prizes that you will receive by reaching one or another mark (car, apartment, etc.) Mentally imagine yourself at the first pillar and take a step forward. One... second... third. Don't stop until you reach your first prize mark...
I came up with this method myself, and it helps me a lot. Perhaps you will be inspired by some other option, but it depends on the person himself and his perception of the world. But one thing remains unchanged - do not look back, go only forward.
How to get to your destination faster
And now a few rules that will help you get to the "mile marker" a little faster:
Don't wait until the last moment to take a step towards your goal. Try to do something useful every day. If you run a blog - constantly improve it, add a subscription form or install a plugin. Interested in gardening - learn and implement useful information (feeding, watering options, etc.)
Never give up! It just so happened that there is no straight road. It is always covered with potholes, holes and other irregularities. Overcome them, bypass them (as in the well-known proverb about “smart and mountain”).
Think of new goals for yourself. Often a person who has reached his prize mark loses interest. After all, he had already achieved everything he wanted. So why move on? Yes. Setting new peaks is harder, but just think how your opinion of yourself will change when you conquer it?!
