Motivation to work is a very complex and complex concept that people have been dealing with almost since the emergence of communities. However, the scientific approach to motivation as a phenomenon began with the industrial revolution in the late 18th century and culminated in the late 20th century.

In modern times, this phenomenon is of great importance in connection with the increase in efficiency, productivity, creativity and overall quality of work, as well as the humanization of working conditions. Because of all this, part of the management is looking for ways to motivate employees.

Sociology under this term means a system of actions of individuals, that is, groups that encourage certain behavior in order to achieve favorable results of work. 

Management seeks to ensure that people behave in a desirable manner in order to achieve the goals of the organization and meet the needs of employees.
