What are the opportunities for professional development in the company?
Are employees given the opportunity to move to other parts of the company after tenure? (Via internal job postings)
What are the next steps in the interview process?
Do you have questions about my suitability for the role?
Can you describe or show the projects I will be working on?
Do you think my job/education is suitable for this role?
How will I train and what is the duration of the training process?
How is my knowledge of the process assessed after initial formal training?
What are the parameters for assessing individual performance?
Boss and team
What goals is the team focused on in order to align and achieve the main goals of the company?
How is the team culture structured?
Do you organize any team building activities?
To whom will I report? Or who will I work with?
What are the problems in this team now? (or this job / this role)
Do teams have the opportunity to work with other departments in the company?
