Work at home. I see only pluses - and you?
Work at home. Many are looking for this option for themselves. I don't know about you, in our area teamwork is a living hell. Partly because in the provinces the management of companies does not bother their heads with questions at all:
Work at home. Many are looking for this option for themselves. I don't know about you, in our area teamwork is a living hell. Partly because in the provinces the management of companies does not bother their heads with questions at all:
“How do my subordinates feel at their workplaces?”
“Do they like working for my company?”
“What can be done to improve the atmosphere in the team?” well, etc.
Indeed, why think about it when a line of people who want to get a job lined up behind the fence!
I go to the same stores - the sellers are constantly different, it seems that they change every week. But the style of service is like a blueprint. The facial expression tells you something like this:
"God! Why did you come here! What, there were no more shops in the district, or what?
This is despite the fact that I try to communicate with them as politely as possible, even if they are rude to me.
It's sad to see all this. And not because I feel sorry for myself, but because I understand what kind of working conditions a person should have in order for him to feel and behave so badly.
One of the advantages of working at home is that you can save yourself from the nervous tension that a person experiences in a dysfunctional team.
When I communicate with those who live in the countryside, I notice that they are not as twitchy as city dwellers. Although their standard of living is a-a-much lower, and their work is a-a-much harder.
They work at home. Nobody hangs over them. Nobody gets on their nerves. Nobody drives them in the neck and does not scare them with dismissal. Maybe that's why they are so sociable and friendly?
(Something draws me to the lyrics today! Maybe this is for the better, it's not all the time to write instructions!)
Working from home has another advantage. We do not need to waste our time and energy and money on the road to the place of work and back. Especially if the job is low paying. Subtract from your salary the amount that you spend on travel, on food outside the home, on clothes for work and see if it’s worth it to work so hard because of these pennies? Maybe you should try looking for a job at home?
Perhaps this thought will captivate you greatly (as it captivated me at one time). Enhanced brain processes will begin, as a result of which you will understand that you can find many interesting activities suitable for you that will bring you not only money, but also pleasure!
I wish you pleasant and successful work!
