Terms of use
1. General Provisions
1.1. The resource podrabotkamarket.ru (hereinafter referred to as the RESOURCE) is intended for users to communicate, have a good time, obtain information of interest, express their opinions, exchange experiences on various topics.
1.2. INFORMATION RESOURCE is open, and anyone can become a member.
2. Posting rules
2.1. Any registered participant of the RESOURCE has the right to publish messages in any section (except for closed ones).
2.2. The RESOURCE administration is not responsible for your statements, as well as for the statements of other participants. Everything that you publish remains entirely on your conscience and on your responsibility.
2.3. When posting messages in a particular section, stick to the general topic of discussion. When posting off-topic messages (offtopic), your message may be deleted without prior notice.
2.4. When reprinting information from the media and other Internet resources, be sure to indicate the source (link).
3. It is forbidden:
3.1. offend someone else's dignity;
3.2. Discuss personalities, personal circumstances, intellectual, cultural, educational and professional level of RESOURCE participants;
3.3 Use profanity;
3.4 Challenge the opponent's political opinions;
3.5 To promote any religious teachings;
3.6 Publish the same type of topics or messages in several topics or sections of the RESOURCE at once (cross-posting);
3.7 Systematic publication of contentless messages on various topics, the so-called. "flood".
3.8 Register under provocative and odious names (nicknames); under names that offend the national and religious feelings of other participants;
3.9 Registration of accounts containing swear words or words that offend human dignity, or infringe on the rights of other users, as well as containing the words Administrator, Admin, GM, Game Master, Support and any matching them (in English, Russian transliteration).
4. Settlement of conflicts, sanctions against violators:
4.1. For violation of the RESOURCE rules, the participant is warned;
4.2. For receiving three warnings, the participant can be transferred to ReadOnly mode (read-only) for up to two weeks;
4.3. If the user violates the ReadOnly mode as a penalty (registration under a different name/ip for writing messages), as well as for malicious and repeated violations of the RESOURCE rules, the violator may be permanently excluded from the RESOURCE participants;
4.4 The administration reserves the right not to enter into correspondence with violators of the rules.
5. Moderators and administration of the RESOURCE:
5.1. Control over these rules is carried out by moderators (who are invited by the RESOURCE administration from among active and authoritative participants);
5.2. All moderators who do not visit and do not participate in the development of the RESOURCE, the responsibility for which (s) is assigned to them, will be deprived of their rights for an indefinite period, with further possible restoration if there are good motives;
5.3. The moderator has the right to edit and delete the messages of the participants if they contradict the rules of the RESOURCE;
5.4. The moderator has the right to move and close topics that violate the RESOURCE rules, including topics that:
- do not correspond to the subject of the RESOURCE or section;
- duplicate existing topics on the subject of discussion;
– lose the constructiveness of the discussion (repetitions of arguments, offtopics, overly emotional behavior of the participants);
5.5. The moderator has the right to issue a warning and transfer the participant to the ReadOnly mode for repeated and malicious violations of the RESOURCE rules;
5.6. The moderator independently makes a decision in a disputable situation. His decision is not discussed, however, in case of disagreement with him, this decision can be appealed to the administration;
5.7. The decision to exclude the violator from the number of RESOURCE participants can only be taken by the administration;
5.8. The decision of the administration is final and not discussed.
